The final stop on the open water tour will be the OZ Mile swim sponsored by Walmart on Sept 25th in the great travel destination of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Beaver Lake Dam Site offers pristine waters in the heart of the Ozarks!

About The Challenge
Take an excursion around the Zone with the Open Water Grand Prix Challenge and combine your love of travel with your love of swimming!
Start off in the Houston area at Lake Longhorn, a hop, skip and jump away from the famous Kemah Boardwalk. For those that want to explore more, there is anything your heart desires in Houston as well as the Space Center Houston and Galveston with Moody Gardens and the beach!
The next stop is in historic Boerne, with loads of fun shopping, dining and outdoor activities including Cascade Caverns, with a swim in beautiful Boerne Lake – home to the 2021 USMS Open Water Spring and Long Distance National Championships.
The Grand Finale to our tour will be the Walmart OZ Mile Swim in Beaver Lake just outside the beautiful, historic Eureka Spring Arkansas, full of gorgeous views and great things to do!
Each of the event venues will offer multiple distances to accommodate swimmers of different ability level and course preferences. A special prize will be given to all participants who compete in every event and a leader board will be displayed to let everyone know how they are stacking up.
